Testing Services - Electronic Risk Assessment:

Data collected by the electronic HIV testing survey is submitted directly to Frannie Peabody Center. De-identified testing data is submitted to the Maine CDC as part of our funding requirements. This process helps recognize gaps in care and contributes to the development of effective outreach strategies. We are required to report reactive (positive) HIV and Hepatitis C tests. This process helps connect you to care and notify partners anonymously. If your test is positive, we will discuss this process with you.
